CALL FOR PAPERS

Saksham Utsav 2026 invites researchers, academicians, practitioners, policymakers, industry experts, and students to contribute original research papers and posters to its National Seminars & Policy Dialogues—the intellectual core of the event. This platform seeks to foster critical inquiry, interdisciplinary dialogue, and actionable insights that bridge policy and practice, innovation and implementation, and social inclusion with economic opportunity for Persons with Disabilities (PwDs).

Contributors are encouraged to submit work that reflects innovative thinking, empirical research, case studies, policy analysis, and scalable models that can shape an inclusive and equitable future.
